  6. If you have given consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority which in Italy is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
  8. In order for the Company to contact you again to provide you with the information you requested, the communication of your personal data is a necessary requirement. In such cases, you are not obliged to provide your personal data, however, in the event of failure to communicate the same, the information you require cannot be provided.
  9. No decision that produces legal effects is based solely on the automated processing of the data communicated by you, without prejudice to the procedures for acquiring orders or registering for notification and information services (such as newsletters) which may occur automatically, pursuant to the art. 22, paragraph 2, letters a), b) and c) of the GDPR.

Procedure to follow to configure your browser settings to express your options regarding the use of cookies

Browsers offer features that allow you to delete cookies or choose which sites not to accept cookies from. Usually it is sufficient to enter the "Preferences" or "Settings" section and choose the "Privacy" or "Browsing data" subsection.
